The Keller Group is partnering with a growing national organization to add a Field Recruiter to its Talent Acquisition team. This contract role supports multiple markets across the U.S., with a heavy emphasis on remote work.

You'll manage 15+ open requisitions, conduct 30–40 screens per week, and coordinate interviews and offers. The environment leverages automation and AI to streamline recruiting while maintaining quality and speed.

Formación

• 1–3 years of high-volume, multi-location recruiting experience.
• Strong communication skills with diverse candidates.
• Highly organized, proactive and able to work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Support recruiting across multiple locations and markets.
• Manage 15+ open requisitions, primarily Sales and Service Technician roles.
• Conduct 30–40 candidate screens per week.
• Coordinate interviews and offers with field leaders.
• Maintain candidate communication and pipeline velocity.
• Utilize an established process that leverages automation and AI.
