Core-Mark is seeking an experienced Regional Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Westlake, TX. You will source, identify, and hire large volumes of candidates efficiently, leveraging AI-powered tools to streamline the recruitment process.

This role focuses on full-cycle recruiting for non-exempt and exempt positions, including warehouse, CDL drivers, merchandisers, maintenance technicians, and supervisors.

Qualifications

• Experience in full-cycle recruiting in high-volume environments.
• Knowledge of ATS platforms and AI-driven recruiting tools.
• Ability to analyze data to forecast hiring needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle recruitment for a high volume of requisitions and applications.
• Support roles including warehouse, CDL drivers, merchandisers and technicians.
• Use AI scheduling tools to coordinate interviews with timely communication.
• Build relationships with hiring managers to advise on recruiting strategies.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and accurate data capture in ATS.
• Leverage data analytics to identify trends and improve hiring processes.
