Ameritas is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role focuses on full life cycle recruiting for high-volume entry-level roles with a hybrid in-office and remote schedule in the United States.

You will partner with business leaders to source, screen, assess, and negotiate offers, ensuring a smooth hiring process and a strong candidate experience. Build pipelines and advise on market conditions and hiring practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 1-3+ years of progressive full-life cycle recruiting experience in corporate or search firm environment.
• Experience building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools.
• Pipelining and passive recruiting experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with assigned time frames.
• Work with a sense of urgency handling multiple high priorities.
• Results-driven and goal-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts including posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies.
• Consult leaders on talent market conditions and best practices.
• Define position requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and hiring timelines.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
• Create compelling job descriptions and postings to strengthen Ameritas employer brand.
• Conduct candidate screenings, interviews and assessments; make recommendations.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through networking and market research.
• Collaborate on competitive offers and negotiate terms with candidates.
• Provide regular updates on pipelines, progress, feedback and metrics.
• Network within the community to source top talent and build the brand.
