Job summary

The Keller Group is partnering with a growing national organization to add a Field Recruiter to its Talent Acquisition team. This contract role supports multiple markets across the U.S., with a heavy emphasis on remote work.

You'll manage 15+ open requisitions, conduct 30–40 screens per week, and coordinate interviews and offers. The environment leverages automation and AI to streamline recruiting while maintaining quality and speed.

• 1–3 years of high-volume, multi-location recruiting experience.
• Strong communication skills with diverse candidates.
• Highly organized, proactive and able to work independently.

• Work within an established recruiting process that leverages automation and AI.
