Job summary

Enlyte is seeking a Field Case Manager in the Sacramento, CA area to coordinate care for injured workers. The role requires an active RN license and the ability to travel to in-person appointments within the assigned geography.

This is a full-time, hybrid position with a robust benefits package and ongoing case management training. You will collaborate with treating physicians, employers, and patients to design cost-effective, effective treatment plans aimed at achieving maximum medical recovery

Qualifications

• Education: Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or related field.
• Experience: 2+ years clinical practice preferred; workers’ compensation experience preferred.
• Skills: advocate recommendations, independent work, basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Manage case load and prioritize workflows.
• Collaborate with treating physicians/providers and employers.
• Develop and implement treatment plans for injured workers.
• Modify job duties with employers to facilitate early return to work.
• Prepare status updates for customers and complete assigned duties.
