Job summary

Genex Service LLC in Sacramento is seeking a Medical Field Case Manager. The role requires an active RN license and 2+ years of clinical practice, with travel to in-person appointments in assigned geography.

You will coordinate with physicians, employers, and patients to develop cost-effective, evidence-based treatment plans and support early safe return to work in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Education: Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field.
• Experience: 2+ years clinical practice preferred. Workers' compensation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of case management standards of practice.
• Advise on treatment plans using injuries, medications, and job duties.
• Interview disabled persons to assess recovery and work relevance.
• Collaborate with physicians/providers to create tailored treatment plans.
• Work with employers and doctors to modify job duties for early return to work.
• Manage workload, prioritize cases, and complete duties as assigned.
