Job summary

Genex Service LLC is seeking a Medical Field Case Manager in Sacramento, CA. This full-time, hybrid role requires traveling locally to attend in-person patient appointments and coordinating with physicians, employers, and customers to manage injury care and return-to-work plans.

Ideal candidates hold an active RN license, 2+ years of clinical practice, and URAC-recognized CCM/CDMS/CRC/CRRN or COHN certifications. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing.
• 2+ years clinical practice preferred; workers’ compensation experience preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel/Word/Outlook); strong written communication.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with treating physicians/providers, employers, customers, and the injured/disabled person to create and implement a treatment plan.
• Ensure appropriate and cost-effective healthcare services and achievement of maximum medical recovery.
• Assist injured/disabled person to return to work appropriately and follow treatment plans.
• Independently manage workload and prioritize cases.
• Attend injured worker appointments when appropriate and prepare status updates for customers.
