Enlyte is hiring a Field Case Manager in the Las Vegas area. This full-time, hybrid position requires travel to in-person appointments with injured workers. You will coordinate care with physicians, employers, and patients to plan treatment, manage costs, and support recovery.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required and in good standing.
• 2+ years of clinical practice preferred; workers’ compensation experience preferred.
• URAC-recognized certification in case management (CCM, CDMS, CRC, CRRN or COHN, COHN-S, RN-BC, ACM, CMAC, CMC).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with physicians and employers.
• Assess recovery and occupational vs non-occupational factors through interviews.
• Collaborate with providers to tailor treatment plans to patient needs.
• Modify job duties with employers to facilitate early return to work.
• Manage caseload prioritization and prepare status updates for customers.
