Galderma is seeking an Account Manager to drive revenue for its Consumer Care unit by promoting skincare products to health care providers and key staff in assigned territories. The role emphasizes field-based promotion, sample distribution, and relationship-building with HCP offices.

Qualified candidates will have a bachelor’s degree and 2 years of outside B2B sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel as needed to meet objectives and participate in meetings.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree from four-year College or university is required.
• Two (2) years of outside business-to-business sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships.
• Willingness to travel and meet with healthcare professionals and office staff.

Aufgaben

• Plan, organize and execute field-based product promotion activities to increase patient demand.
• Face-to-face sales calls with healthcare professionals and distribution of product samples.
• Meet or exceed goals and KPIs for the designated portfolio within the territory.
• Utilize sales tools and analyses to identify trends and action plans.
• Record sales call notes and manage territory activities in the data system.
• Manage resources such as budget, samples, and peer-to-peer programs.
• Develop relationships with providers and their staff; attend meetings as needed.
• Travel may be necessary to cover assigned geography.
