Job summary

Bessemer Trust, headquartered in New York, seeks an experienced Facilities Project Manager to manage our regional office portfolio across ~20 locations. Based at the NYC Headquarters, you will lead renovation and facilities projects from planning to close-out and support day-to-day facilities operations.

You will partner with National Facilities Managers on larger projects, coordinating with IT, Security, Office Managers, landlords, and vendors to ensure safe, compliant, and cost-effective

Qualifications

• 7+ years in construction/facilities project management, preferably multi-site.
• Bachelor’s degree in project management, construction management, engineering, or related field.
• PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage regional construction, renovation, and workplace projects from scope through close-out.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, GC’s and external partners to meet schedule and budget.
• Monitor schedules, budgets, risks, and deliverables; escalate issues as needed.
• Collaborate with IT, Security, Office Services, Marketing, Procurement, Legal, and Office Managers to support requirements.
• Support National Facilities Managers on larger projects with coordination and documentation.
• Serve as CRE contact for regional Office Managers and landlords for day-to-day facilities matters.
• Maintain facilities records, inspections, and regulatory documentation across the regional portfolio.
• Assist Director of CRE with budget forecasting, expense tracking, and procurement workflows.
• Identify opportunities to improve facilities processes and service delivery.
• Travel to regional offices as required.
