Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Project Manager for a New England–based hybrid role serving a large utilities client. Responsibilities include overseeing a portfolio of facilities projects, from site improvements to ground-up construction, with travel across CT, MA, and NH.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, scheduling, and governance skills, with LEED AP/PMP/CCM preferred and 5–8 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; combination of experience and education will be considered.
• LEED AP, PMP and/or CCM designation preferred.
• Strong ability to analyze information and exercise judgment.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for singular real estate projects from planning to closeout.
• Collaborate with clients to prepare scope, budget, schedule, quality and risk plans.
• Define resources and conduct RFPs, bid evaluations, and recommended selections.
• Implement project governance and ensure data integrity and timely documentation.
• Lead the project delivery team and track progress, reporting status and variances.
• Develop risk mitigation plans and drive objectives within budget and schedule.
