• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong customer service, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Aufgaben

• Deliver exceptional customer service to employees, guests, and visitors while promoting a positive workplace experience.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for workplace services and facilities-related inquiries.
• Support office hospitality programs, employee engagement activities, and workplace initiatives.
• Coordinate visitor management and reception coverage, as needed.
• Ensure meeting rooms, collaboration spaces, and event venues are prepared and operating effectively.
• Monitor workplace conditions and proactively identify opportunities to improve the employee experience.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and service calls through established ticketing systems.
