Job summary

Stradley Ronon Stevens & Young, LLP seeks a Facilities Development Manager to plan, coordinate and execute capital projects across its real estate portfolio. You will manage scopes, budgets, timelines, and communications between internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure on-time delivery and alignment with firm standards.

You will work with Office Services and Office Coordinators across nine offices, providing operational support while maintaining a strong on-site presence as required

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 5+ years in facilities or capital projects.
• PMP and/or FMP certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules for capital improvements.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for projects.
• Prepare and manage RFPs, bids, and contract negotiations.
• Support portfolio management including office buildouts, relocations, renovations.
• Schedule and lead project meetings with internal teams and vendors.
• Provide updates to the Director of Facilities on progress and next steps.
• Monitor milestones and address delays to keep on schedule.
• Oversee contractors and vendors to ensure adherence to specs and timelines.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
