Job summary

Turner & Townsend in New England is seeking an experienced Project Manager to provide consulting services for a large utilities client. You will oversee a broad portfolio of facilities-related projects—from site improvements to MEP infrastructure—with hybrid travel across CT, MA, and NH.

The role emphasizes project governance, cost control, schedule management, and risk mitigation in collaboration with design teams and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation preferred.
• Strong MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational and numerical analytics skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for facilities projects from planning through closeout.
• Coordinate with clients to prepare scope, resources, budgets, schedules and milestones.
• Lead governance, data integrity and documentation across projects.
• Mentor team members and ensure alignment with CBRE RISE values.
