Job summary

Keta Medical Center seeks an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee our nine offices in New York and New Jersey. This field-based role requires regular travel to each location, coordinating maintenance, coordinating with landlords, contractors, and vendors to keep facilities safe, functional, and compliant with clinical operations.

You will lead new office openings, manage purchasing and records, monitor costs, and support clinical staff with IT and network issues.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management across multiple sites.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Strong vendor and contractor management skills.
• Proven ability to coordinate with landlords, service providers, and internal teams.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facilities across nine locations in NY and NJ.
• Travel regularly to sites for inspections and maintenance coordination.
• Schedule repairs around clinical hours to minimize disruption.
• Manage vendor quotes, negotiate pricing, and ensure on-time completion within budget.
• Lead new office openings from preparation to opening.
