Job summary

Stradley Ronon is seeking a Facilities Development Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute capital projects across the firm’s real estate portfolio, including law office buildouts, renovations, and infrastructure upgrades.

You will serve as the day-to-day point of contact for project budgets, timelines, issue escalation, and communication between internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely delivery, within scope, and aligned with firm standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in facilities management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years in facilities management or capital project management.
• Experience with large-scale renovations or construction projects.
• Certification in PMP or FMP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute capital projects across the real estate portfolio.
• Develop scopes, budgets, and schedules; manage RFPs and contracts.
• Serve as main contact for budgets, timelines, and vendor coordination.
• Monitor milestones, address delays, and report progress to leadership.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, safety standards, and quality control.
