The role requires expertise in real estate and interior design with strong team leadership and client coordination in a hybrid work setting. The successful candidate will manage projects from planning through occupancy, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and alignment with client goals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in real estate development, architecture, interior design, construction management, project management, owner’s representation, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate Development, Urban Planning, or related field.
• Experience managing corporate workplace, amenity space, or commercial interiors projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as key client contact and lead multidisciplinary project teams.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects in a complex workplace environment.
• Coordinate design, construction, procurement, and project controls.
• Develop, monitor, and maintain project budgets and schedules, reporting tools.

• Support procurement, contracts, consultant coordination and construction administration
• Oversee projects in active and occupied environments to minimize disruption to ongoing business operations
