Brailsford & Dunlavey (B&D) is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join our San Diego team in a hybrid role. You will support planning, design and construction across a diverse facilities portfolio, collaborating with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure alignment with budgets, schedules and project goals.

The role emphasizes growth in project management, client-facing communication, and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team while delivering complex real estate

Qualifikationen

• 3 years of project management, development, construction management or related experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate or a related field.
• Experience supporting the delivery of complex facilities or real estate projects.
• Strong understanding of design, construction and project management processes.
• Experience supporting project budgets, schedules, contracts and project controls.

Aufgaben

• Support project teams throughout planning, design and construction.
• Assist with coordination of activities to align with objectives, schedules and budgets.
• Support development, monitoring and maintenance of project budgets, schedules and reporting tools.
• Assist with cost, schedule and risk analysis; identify mitigations.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, contractors and other stakeholders.
• Participate in project meetings; document actions and drive accountability.
• Maintain open item lists and follow up on outstanding issues.
• Support project closeout and turnover to the client.
