Job summary

Mattress Firm is seeking a Hybrid Facilities Coordinator to support daily facility maintenance across our Houston locations, reporting to the Bed Quarters team. This role combines on-site coordination two days per week with remote work the rest of the time, ensuring facilities run efficiently and safely.

You will manage work orders, coordinate vendors, review cost quotes, and maintain maintenance records while aligning with company policies and leadership goals. Strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• : 3+ years in facilities or multi-site retail property management.

Responsibilities

• Interpret lease language for service work responsibilities.
• Maintain database for repair and maintenance history.
• Code accounts payable invoices to correct cost centers.
• Coordinate work among building technicians, vendors, and contractors.
• Review price quotes for parts, services, and labor.
• Respond to service issues promptly.
• Provide admin support to the Facilities Manager.
• Ensure safety policies and brand standards are followed.
