Job summary

Article is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Specialist to design, implement, and oversee a multi-site facilities program across fulfillment centers, retail stores, and offices. You’ll own maintenance playbooks, CMMS governance, and vendor contracts to ensure safety, reliability, and scalable operations.

The role covers hardware like HVAC, dock doors, life safety, and warehouse equipment, with travel to North American sites as needed. Hybrid work in Jacksonville, FL is expected.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5+ years of multi-site facilities experience.
• Hands-on CMMS and equipment maintenance knowledge.
• Vendor management and contract SLAs experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute multi-site facilities strategy across fulfilment centers, retail stores, and offices.
• Oversee maintenance for HVAC, dock doors, life safety, plumbing, electrical, and janitorial.
• Lead CMMS governance and work-order prioritization with reporting.
• Manage vendor selection, SLAs, and transitions for multiple sites.
• Ensure safety, risk and compliance with corrective actions and stop-work processes.
• Develop annual maintenance budgets and spend tracking.
• Support new site readiness and expansion projects.
