Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Attendee Data Management and Event Technology or internship preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with registration platforms like Cvent, Splash, Certain, Aventri, Eventbrite.

Responsibilities

• Support event registration websites, apps, and all tech aspects of events.
• Manage databases to keep info accurate and provide year-on-year insights.
• Communicate with clients and teams to respond within service levels.
• Coordinate name badges, signage, confirmations, agendas and on-site logistics.
