Job summary

Staker Parson Companies, a CRH Company, is seeking a Division Equipment Performance Improvement Manager to optimize fleet utilization, asset lifecycle, and cost. The role requires coordinating with division teams, managing CapEx processes, and driving safety and performance improvements across multiple sites in the US.

The ideal candidate has extensive equipment management experience, strong financial and analytical skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a dynamic construction

Qualifications

• Ten years of progressive shop, equipment maintenance and equipment management experience.
• Experience with electronic equipment management systems preferred (CMMS, EAM, ERP).
• Thorough understanding of Microsoft Office programs.
• Experience in construction and materials industry.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety culture is present and effective.
• Promote safe, efficient maintenance and repair practices.
• Collaborate with Division and Business Unit Equipment Managers.
• Ensure total cost of ownership is competitive or lower than industry standards.
• Support CapEx budgeting, planning and reporting.
• Assist with fleet strategy and multi-year planning.
• Drive performance metrics and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead and mentor division equipment leaders.
