Job summary

Staker Parson Companies, a CRH Company, is seeking an Equipment Performance Improvement Manager for the West Division (Construction). This hybrid role supports asset procurement, disposal, management and lifecycle optimization across the fleet, with safety and internal customer satisfaction at the core.

The role requires strong technical, financial and industry knowledge, and involves collaboration with operations, shop teams, and finance to improve performance, reduce downtime and maximize

Qualifications

• Ten years of progressive shop and equipment maintenance experience.
• Experience with electronic equipment management systems preferred.
• Proficiency with CMMS, EAM, and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety culture is present and effective.
• Promote safe, efficient maintenance and repair practices.
• Coordinate with Division and BU Equipment Managers and Procurement.
• Work with Finance on CapEx, budgeting and reporting.
• Support multi-year planning and equipment lifecycle strategies.
• Mentor division equipment leaders and drive performance improvements.
