Job summary

Jacobs is seeking an intermediate design engineer specializing in environmental site remediation. Based in the United States, you will design remediation actions and systems with a cross-disciplinary team for federal and private clients.

You will work from home part-time, with office and field support as needed, upholding health, safety, and environmental standards. The role requires a Civil/Environmental/Geotechnical background, EIT, 4+ years in remediation, and 2+ years designing remediation

Qualifications

• Proven knowledge of environmental remediation technologies, systems, or remedial actions.
• Experience in designing environmental remediation systems and preparing design drawings.
• Ability to write specifications and basis of design reports.

Responsibilities

• Design environmental remedial actions or remediation systems under supervision.
• Analyze site conditions and evaluate remedial alternatives.
