Zusammenfassung

BoldAge PACE is seeking an Enrollment Specialist - Hybrid to guide prospective participants and families through the enrollment process, ensuring smooth referrals to program enrollment.

You will work with Outreach, Enrollment Advisors, Benefits Specialists, and the care team to deliver a compliant, participant-centered enrollment experience. Strong communication and CRM skills are required.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or Human Services preferred.
• Minimum 1–3 years in a customer-facing role; experience in healthcare intake, call center operations, patient access, admissions, or inside sales preferred.
• Experience with CRM systems and maintaining accurate, timely documentation.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Knowledge of PACE, Medicaid, Medicare, or health care programs preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Aufgaben

• Own prospects upon handoff from Enrollment Advisor; move them through enrollment and engagement.
• Guide families through enrollment from post-intake to completed enrollment; conduct consultative conversations.
• Clearly present services, eligibility requirements, and enrollment expectations to participants and caregivers.
• Convert referrals into enrollments by leading decision-making and leveraging in-person experiences.
• Coordinate enrollment activities with Benefits Specialists, Level of Care Assessors, and the Interdisciplinary Team.
