BoldAge PACE is seeking an Enrollment Advisor to manage high-volume outreach for referrals, guiding prospects toward enrollment readiness via phone, text, and email from a remote location in Florida. Under supervision, you will qualify candidates, coordinate Medicaid verification, document interactions in the CRM, and ensure a smooth handoff to Enrollment Navigator while upholding our People First motto.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years in inside sales, healthcare enrollment, patient access, admissions, or high-volume call center.
• Experience using CRM systems and maintaining accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Exercise independent judgment on enrollment funnel placement and eligibility.
• Lead discovery and qualify prospects for enrollment readiness.
• Coordinate Medicaid verification and enrollment steps with internal partners.
• Maintain timely CRM documentation and deliver warm handoffs to Enrollment Navigator.
• Meet speed-to-lead targets and be the first point of contact for referrals.
