Job summary

InnovAge seeks energetic enrollment-focused professionals to translate healthcare experience into enrolling seniors into PACE/LIFE programs. You will guide prospective participants and their families through intake, enrollment, Medicaid processes, and referrals, while collaborating with call centers, providers, and affiliate staff to ensure smooth transitions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven successful healthcare focused sales, intakes or admissions in B2B or B2C settings with Medicare Advantage or Medicaid experience.
• Experience closing sales in healthcare, insurance, or related industry.
• Proficient in CRM database systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Hubspot, Zoho, Playmaker).
• Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, social work or related field or applicable work experience.
• Must have reliable personal transportation, valid driver’s license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Qualify and enroll participants into InnovAge programs and services.
• Serve as main contact through intake and enrollment, coordinating Medicaid enrollment where applicable.
• Promote programs to referrals and prospective participants and move the sale forward at every touchpoint.
• Schedule center/home visits and coordinate with affiliate staff to showcase programs.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure timely enrollment with center enrollment teams.
