Job summary

BoldAge PACE is hiring a remote Enrollment Advisor to manage a high-volume pipeline of new referrals by phone, text, and email. You will assess eligibility, determine enrollment pathways, initiate Medicaid verification, and hand off to Enrollment Navigators with a confident, client-centered approach.

You will represent BoldAge PACE with professionalism, maintain meticulous CRM records, and drive rapid engagement while meeting speed-to-lead targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years inside sales or healthcare enrollment experience.
• Experience with high-volume call center and CRM systems.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Respond to referrals and early-stage prospects via phone, text, and email.
• Assess eligibility and determine enrollment pathway for each prospect.
• Coordinate Medicaid verification and documentation with internal teams.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and drive timely next steps.
• Endorse qualified prospects to Enrollment Navigators with a smooth handoff.
