Job summary

BoldAge PACE is seeking an Enrollment Advisor for a remote role to engage new referrals, qualify prospects, and guide families through the enrollment process. You will manage outreach via phone, text, and email, assess needs, and coordinate documentation with internal teams to secure enrollment readiness.

You will leverage CRM systems and industry knowledge to maintain a smooth handoff to the Enrollment Navigator, ensuring timely responses and compliant, patient-centered service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Communications or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of inside sales, healthcare enrollment, patient access, admissions, or high-volume call center experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Own speed-to-lead and reach new referrals within 30 minutes.
• Serve as the first point of contact for referrals and early-stage prospects via phone, text and email.
• Qualify prospects, determine eligibility, and guide them toward enrollment readiness.
• Endorse qualified prospects to Enrollment Navigator with a warm handoff.
• Maintain accurate CRM documentation and coordinate Medicaid verification as needed.
