Job summary

Blueprint Technologies, LLC in Bellevue, Washington is hiring a Customer Support Agent to join our Bench Team. You will provide fast, accurate, and personalized support to customers through research, troubleshooting, and effective resolution.

This hybrid role requires English fluency, prior customer-service experience, and the ability to work across multiple tools and tickets within established SLAs. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to knowledge-base updates.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer-service experience or equivalent.
• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Written fluency in English.
• Strong written communication and ability to provide clear, professional responses.
• Experience using computers and across multiple support tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service following department policies and standards.
• Manage and respond to customer tickets within SLAs and client standards.
• Aim for first-contact resolution when possible.
• Follow troubleshooting procedures using approved resources and knowledge bases.
• Work across tools and channels applying information to customer situations.
• Create and update knowledge-base articles.
• Collaborate with the team to share knowledge and resolve issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams to report trends and recurring concerns.
• Escalate concerns as needed and serve as a point of escalation.
