Blueprint Technologies in Bellevue, WA, is seeking a Customer Support Agent fluent in French to provide fast, accurate help to customers through research, troubleshooting, and personalized solutions.

This is a hybrid position with two days per week in the Bellevue office, offering a collaborative, fast-paced environment and opportunities to grow within a technology solutions firm serving clients across the U.S.

Qualifications

• One year of customer-service experience or equivalent relevant experience.
• Written fluency in French and English.
• Ability to troubleshoot computer and network issues.
• Experience with multiple support tools and ticketing systems.
• Strong customer-focus and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, accurate, and personalized customer support.
• Respond to tickets within established SLAs and guidelines.
• Troubleshoot issues using approved resources and KBs.
• Collaborate with internal teams and contribute to knowledge-base articles.
• Escalate issues to Tier 2 when needed.
• Onboard new and existing agents into escalation workflows.
