You’ll work in a fast-paced environment with clear communication and strong problem-solving. The role requires at least one year of customer-service experience and bilingual written fluency in Chinese and English, with hybrid work two days in-office.

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer-service experience or equivalent relevant experience.
• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Written fluency in Chinese and English.
• Strong written communication skills for clear customer responses.
• Experience using computers across multiple systems and support tools.
• Ability to troubleshoot common computer and network issues.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service following departmental policies and standards.
• Manage and respond to support tickets within SLAs and guidelines.
• Aim for first-contact resolution whenever possible.
• Follow troubleshooting procedures using approved resources and tools.
• Collaborate across teams to share knowledge and resolve issues.
• Assist with creating and updating knowledge-base articles.
