Job summary

Blueprint is seeking a Customer Support Agent with Chinese fluency to join our Bench Team in Bellevue, WA. In this individual-contributor role, you will provide fast, accurate, and personalized support to customers through research, troubleshooting, and resolution.

This hybrid role requires two days per week in the Bellevue office and offers a compensation range of $23.00 to $25.50 USD per hour, depending on experience and internal equity. Weekend/holiday coverage may be required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer-service experience.
• Associate degree or equivalent education.
• Written fluency in Chinese and English.
• Strong written communication and ability to provide clear, professional responses.
• Experience using computers and multiple support tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service following department policies and standards.
• Respond to tickets within SLAs and client standards.
• Aim for first-contact resolution whenever possible.
• Troubleshoot issues using approved resources and knowledge bases.
• Collaborate across tools, systems, and channels for customer cases.
• Create and update knowledge-base articles.
• Support onboarding of new agents into escalation workflows.
• Escalate to Tier 2 when needed and monitor client updates.
