Job summary

Blueprint Technologies in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Customer Support Agent fluent in Chinese and English to join our Bench Team. You will provide fast, accurate, and personalized help to customers through research, troubleshooting, and effective resolution.

In this role you will handle tickets within SLAs, create knowledge-base articles, collaborate with internal teams, and escalate issues when needed. The position is hybrid, with two days per week in the Bellevue office.

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer-service experience or equivalent.
• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Written fluency in Chinese and English.
• Strong written communication and multi-system support skills.
• Experience using ticketing systems or customer-support platforms.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service by following established policies, processes and standards.
• Manage and respond to customer-support tickets within SLAs and client standards.
• Focus on first-contact resolution whenever possible.
• Follow troubleshooting procedures using approved resources and knowledge bases.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback, identify trends, and resolve issues.
