Qualifications

• One year of customer-service experience or equivalent.
• Written fluency in Chinese and English.
• Experience using computers and multiple support tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service by following policies and standards.
• Manage and respond to tickets within SLAs and guidelines.
• Aim for first-contact resolution whenever possible.
• Troubleshoot using approved resources and tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback and resolve issues.
• Create and update knowledge-base articles.
• Support onboarding of new agents into Escalated Accounts workflow.
