Millennium Alliance seeks a Field Sales Representative for Southern Ohio, Kentucky, and West Virginia to drive growth across semiconductors, passives, electromechanical components, and system solutions. You will build strong relationships with distributors and key accounts to win new business.

This hybrid to remote role requires travel within the territory to meet clients, negotiate, and close deals, while monitoring market trends and collaborating with partners to exceed quotas.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience in electronics/semiconductors or manufacturing.
• Proven ability to prospect, negotiate, and close deals with technical customers.
• Strong relationship-building skills with distributors, engineers, and procurement teams.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a competitive environment.
• Experience with distributor networks and channel sales is a plus.
• Hybrid to fully remote role; travel within territory required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with key accounts and decision-makers.
• Work closely with distributors and partners to drive revenue growth and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Travel within the territory to conduct in-person sales meetings with clients.
