Job summary

Capturis, part of the Conservice family, is hiring an Electronic Invoice Specialist I to support electronic invoicing projects. The role allows hybrid or in-office work with CST hours and involves uploading invoices, data mapping, and provider coordination.

Ideal candidates have strong computer skills, proficiency with G-Suite, Excel, and Access, and demonstrate clear communication and teamwork while delivering accurate data and templates.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to explain complex ideas clearly, both verbally and in writing.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
• Proficiency with G-Suite, Excel, and Access preferred.
• Team-oriented with good time management and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Upload electronic invoice files into the Capturis Billing application and verify invoice data accuracy.
• Map and upload data files from non-EDI sources (custom uploads).
• Interact with providers regarding data file changes and updates.
• Manage and update electronic invoice templates.
• Maintain high quality in the uploading of electronic invoices and fix inconsistencies as needed.

Electronic Invoice Specialist I

Schedule:Schedules from 6 AM - 6 PM CST

Overview

Our Electronic Invoice Specialists are responsible for interacting with potential and existing utility providers to setup and maintain our electronic invoices.

Responsibilities

As an Electronic Invoice Specialist you will:

• Uploads electronic invoice files into the Capturis Billing application and verifies the accuracy of the invoice information
• Mapping and uploading data files from sources other than EDI (custom uploads)
• Interacting with providers regarding data file changes
• Manage and update electronic templates
• Maintain quality of the upload of electronic invoices
• Correct inconsistencies in invoicing as needed
