Job summary

Austin Theatre Alliance is seeking an Individual Giving Assistant to support the donor lifecycle—from engagement to renewal and stewardship. In this hybrid role, you’ll manage donor services, fulfill membership benefits, assist with ticketing, and help identify opportunities for deeper giving within the Development team.

You will be the primary contact for donors, maintain accurate donor records in Tessitura, and coordinate communications for events and campaigns, including Gala and major

Qualifications

• One year of administrative experience, preferably in Development/Fundraising.
• Experience with a CRM/database is required; Tessitura reporting preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Support donor services and membership fulfillment.
• Respond to donor inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Acknowledge gifts and manage pledge follow-ups by phone and email.
• Fulfills membership benefits for donors under $1,000 annually and assists with ticketing.
• Maintain donor records in Tessitura and support event communications.
