Responsibilities

• Manage Tessitura CRM and donor records.
• Oversee donation entry and acknowledgement to ensure timely recognition.
• Train team on CRM usage and data standards.
• Pull reports for appeals, events, and donor listings.
• Reconcile donor accounts monthly with the Director of Accounting.
• Track pledges and send invoices and renewals.
• Engage with donors at events and in-person moments.
• Coordinate donor lounge and ticketing needs for major gifts.
• Support Berkshire gala and NYC gala planning and execution.
