The Individual Giving Assistant at Austin Theatre Alliance supports donor experiences across the donor pipeline, from initial outreach to renewals and benefits fulfillment. The role is a key part of the Development team, handling donor services, ticketing, and communications to deepen engagement with Paramount Theatre and State Theatre patrons.

This full-time, hybrid position requires strong administrative skills, experience with Tessitura and CRM systems, and the ability to manage multiple

Formación

• One year of experience in an administrative position; development/fundraising preferred.
• Experience with a CRM/database is required; Tessitura experience strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent written and interpersonal skills; able to work independently and prioritize in a multi-faceted environment.

Responsabilidades

• Supports cultivation and stewardship of donors and prospects through outreach, events, and benefits fulfillment.
• Responds promptly to donor inquiries.
• Conducts donor outreach by phone and email to acknowledge gifts and thank supporters.
• Assists with pledge fulfillment by contacting donors about outstanding pledges.
• Fulfills membership benefits for donors under $1,000/year, including ticket fulfillment and events.
• Assists donors with ticketing needs, including pre-sale access and seating requests.
• Coordinates communications and benefit fulfillment for donor programs and events.
• Supports monthly membership renewals and Gala preparation.
• Provides administrative support to the Development team as needed.
