Job summary

The Salvation Army in Austin, TX is seeking a fundraising professional to lead strategies for identifying, cultivating, soliciting and stewarding mid-level donors. You will oversee donor activities, ensure data integrity in Interchange, and work with the Communications team to maximize donor engagement and giving across the development pipeline.

The role emphasizes moves management, donor analytics, and timely outreach to build lasting donor relationships while advancing overall fundraising

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
• Three years progressively responsible experience in donor development or related work.
• CFRE certification preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify, cultivate, solicit and steward mid-level donors.
• Lead donor services and moves management with timely, personalized touches.
• Ensure donor data integrity in the CRM and provide analytics for stewardship decisions.
• Develop cultivation strategies to elevate mid-level donors toward major giving.
• Coordinate fundraising activities with the Communications team.
