Job summary

Ballet Austin is seeking a Development Associate to support the Development Department in processing donations, maintaining donor records in Tessitura, and generating receipts and reports. This is an in-person role with occasional remote flexibility, reporting to the Director of Individual Giving.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proficient with Microsoft Office, and able to manage multiple tasks while upholding AFP standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related field.
• Two years successful work experience in an administrative setting.
• Experience with Tessitura or other CRM software and strong MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Process donations into Tessitura and generate tax receipts and acknowledgement letters.
• Create and manage donor lists and maintain constituent records.
• Track revenue, invoices, and reporting with Finance for reconciliation.
• Provide administrative support for events and other departmental needs.
