Vitalant is seeking a full-time Account Growth Manager to support our Donor Recruitment team in Rapid City, SD. You will secure and schedule productive blood drives, manage existing accounts, and pursue new donor resources to meet booking targets.

With a Bachelor's degree and CRM experience, you will collaborate across planning, scheduling, and operations to ensure successful blood drives and regional coverage in SD, MT, and WA. Hybrid schedule with local travel required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• CRM experience preferred.
• Three years of related experience required.

Responsabilités

• Secure and schedule productive blood drives meeting booking goals.
• Manage outreach to existing, warm, and cold accounts to develop donor resources.
• Engage blood drive coordinators to ensure successful execution.
• Reactivate lapsed accounts by communicating blood drive benefits.
• Maintain accurate account information and track outreach activity.
