Job summary

Vitalant is seeking a Donor Recruitment Training Manager to lead enterprise training and enablement across the donor recruitment function. The role focuses on strategy, development, delivery, and continuous improvement of training programs to enhance performance and results.

The ideal candidate brings learning and development experience, sales enablement, and change management, with strong leadership and project management skills; travel up to 25% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Five years of progressively responsible experience in training, learning and development, donor recruitment, sales enablement, or a related field.
• One year developing and conducting training programs.
• Two years supervisory experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Develops donor recruitment training for the enterprise, including the facilitation and deployment of new hire training within the donor recruitment function.
• Leads and supports training initiatives for blood drive coordinators.
• Maintains and facilitates standardized job training and competency verification for donor recruitment colleagues at all levels.
• Overses the delivery of training curricula, establishing program goals and performance measures.
• Partners with Donor Recruitment leadership and field teams to drive adoption across regions.
