Job summary

Responsibilities

Oversee the donor-recruitment team to achieve annual and monthly goals.
Develop market penetration plans and recruitment strategies to increase donations.
Assist in implementing strategic marketing plans, territory alignment, and goal setting.
Monitor center resource allocation and scheduling.
Build relationships with internal staff and customers to meet objectives.
Ensure adherence to recruitment processes.
