Mount Sinai Health System in New York is seeking a Director of Talent Management to lead enterprise performance management, governance, and long-range development planning across the organization. Hybrid full-time role with days schedule.

You will partner with HR, Digital and Technology Partners, leaders, and analytics to ensure practical, equitable talent practices, measure outcomes, and drive continuous improvement while overseeing vendor relationships and a high-performing team.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred in Organizational Development, Industrial Organizational Psychology, HR, Business Admin, Education, or related field.
• Eight+ years of progressive experience in performance management, talent management, or related field, including enterprise performance management and leadership experience.

Responsabilidades

• Establishes and advances strategy, governance, standards, and multiyear roadmap for enterprise performance management and related talent practices.
• Leads design and evolution of performance management practices: goal setting, reviews, calibration, feedback, talent discussions, development planning.
• Translates priorities into practical, standardized approaches across a large health system.
• Oversees annual performance cycles, leader enablement, communications, change management, and program implementation.
• Chairs or supports governance forums; defines roles, standards, and accountability for program success.
• Advises HR and operations on strategy, design, adoption, and effectiveness; refers employee relations matters to HR.
• Builds alignment among HR, analytics, and other stakeholders; connects talent functions with ownership respect.
• Defines program outcomes and measures; works with HRIS and analytics for data, reporting, and evaluation.
• Uses data and external practices to identify risks, prioritize, and guide improvements.
• Oversees vendor relationships, budgets, resources, and tech requirements with procurement, finance, and HRIS.
