Mount Sinai Health System is seeking a Program Manager I-Career Pathways & Talent Management to lead talent development initiatives across Career Pathways and Talent Management programs. The role emphasizes collaboration with HR partners and senior leaders to plan, execute, and continually improve programs.

The position offers a hybrid work arrangement within a full-time, day schedule, focusing on program administration, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven outcomes for workforce development

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or greater preferred, or a combination of applicable experience and education
• 3+ years experience (5 preferred), managing and administrating program activities for assigned area
• PMP or related certifications and course work preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Support the planning, implementation, and ongoing administration of talent and workforce development initiatives, with primary responsibility for Career Pathways and Talent Management programs.
• Coordinate project activities, monitor program outcomes, and support stakeholder engagement.
• Track program milestones, participation, and outcomes; prepare reports and presentations for leadership.
• Collaborate with departments and stakeholders to support program execution and integration.
• Provide project management support for additional initiatives as assigned.
