Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Five or more years of progressive experience in performance management, talent management, organizational development, HR, or related field.
• Experience managing performance cycles, goal setting, talent processes, and leader enablement is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages enterprise performance management activities including goal setting, midyear reviews, year-end evaluations, and calibration.
• Creates and manages annual project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, and stakeholder engagement for talent initiatives.
• Develops, maintains, and improves program tools, guidelines, templates, and supporting resources.
