Responsibilities

• Design and lead performance management philosophy, processes, and tools to drive a high-performance culture.
• Ensure alignment between individual goals and organizational priorities with measurable outcomes.
• Lead modernization of performance practices, including continuous feedback and manager capability building.
• Own and evolve enterprise succession planning framework and readiness pipelines.
• Facilitate enterprise talent reviews and calibrations for consistency and rigor.
• Develop strategies to strengthen leadership pipelines and accelerate high-potential development.
• Diagnose organizational effectiveness issues and implement solutions with HR and business leaders.
• Design and implement leadership development and team effectiveness programs.
• Serve as a key member of the employee engagement survey team and drive engagement initiatives.
• Lead change management efforts related to talent programs and workforce transformation.
• Drive initiatives that enhance accountability and productivity of employees.
• Leverage engagement data to improve culture and wellbeing; develop dashboards for leadership visibility.
