Job summary

The Mount Sinai Health System is seeking a Director, Talent Management to lead the enterprise performance management program and related talent management practices. You will set the strategic direction, governance, standards, and long-term roadmap for goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning across the organization.

In partnership with HR, technology, and operations, you will ensure practices are practical, equitable, and aligned with priorities.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years of progressive experience in performance management or talent management.
• Experience leading enterprise performance management in a large, matrixed healthcare organization.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred in Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Healthcare experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establishes strategy, governance, and multiyear roadmap for enterprise performance management and talent management.
• Leads design and evolution of performance management practices including goal setting, reviews, calibration, and development planning.
• Translates priorities into practical approaches implementable across a large health system.
• Oversees governance, communications, change management, and program implementation.
